    Articles
    We are looking for training articles, bodybuilding stories, your competitions, gear and supplement reviews, training tips, motivational and personal stories and any special commentary.

    Video Articles
    A new feature.  Video is a great, new medium to get content across to people.  Using your digital picture camera or digital video camera, you can create 'how-to' articles such as setting up a transition area to fixing a flat or a day at the races.  Combined with a short article that you compose with the video, you are guaranteed to get a lot of exposure.  Contact me first so I can enable you to upload video.

    Podcasts
    Would you like to have your own radio show on BBL?  Most computers and digital devices will let you record audio and mix-in music.  Contact me first so I can enable you to upload your audio podcasts.

    1. Make sure you are registered.  Your articles are tracked by your username.  Fill out your 'interests,' email, webpage and upload a tasteful profile picture (if desired) in the 'control panel' (top right) as these will be inputed into each article. 
    2. You can upload a banner and link to your site (if you have one) to be displayed in your article for all to see.  Simply upload a 'personal' picture that is ~180pixel wide by 60-100 pixels tall.
    3. Full editing screen. An editor screen will appear and you can start composition.
    4. Editor Help.  A full explanation of the editor functions can be seen by clicking on the '?' icon inside the editor.
    5. Upload photos.  You can also upload photos for placement inside your article.  If you can't get something to 'look right' - don't worry, we will review your article and make it pretty before it gets published.
    6. Backup your work.  AS ALWAYS with technology, copy your text into something like word before you submit so you have a backup should something go amiss.

    • Do you have a product experience you would like to share?  Write it up!  We will feature it on one of our weekly columns on the frontpage and make it into our archives.  Please include relevant pictures and DO NOT slam any products.  Try to keep it as unbiased and neutral as possible BUT we appreciate your most honest opinion.

    Diet/Nutrition?

    • Has a particular diet plan worked for you in conjunction with triathlon training?  We would love to hear about it and feature it!    Before and after pics would be great!  A lot of users could benefit from your opinion.
